Jamaican Rain Tree forms arching branches with glossy foliage and yellow to orange flowers. Brya ebenus can be grown as a shrub or small tree, and is also used for bonsai.
Light
Choose full sun for the best flowering.
Soil & water
Use well-drained soil. Water regularly while establishing; established plants tolerate dry periods. Avoid waterlogged soil.
Placement
Leave room for arching growth. Thorny branches make this plant better suited to a position away from paths and busy seating areas.
