Two places to lend a helping hand

In your own garden

Bring a little more life to the place you call home. Bounties may invite you to mulch a garden bed, start composting, plant native species, or create habitat for pollinators.

Follow the listed requirements and share a description and, when required, an original photo of your completed work.

In a community space

Help care for a shared garden through tasks such as planting, watering, weeding, or cleanup.

Each bounty identifies the location and completion requirements. Check its access instructions and tools provided before you claim it.

How it works

1. Find your task

Read the task, Pollen reward, deadline, and completion requirements. Choose something you can complete.

2. Claim a place

Sign in and claim an available spot before starting. Places are limited. Release your spot before submitting if your plans change.

3. Share your work

Complete the requirements by the deadline, then submit a description and any required original photo through your account.

4. Earn your Pollen

Inch by Yard reviews your submission. Approved work earns the listed Pollen reward, added to your account's Pollen balance.

Clear tasks. Clear rewards.

The reward is shown on each bounty before you claim it. Pollen is awarded after approval; claiming a task or submitting a photo does not automatically earn points.

Each member can claim a particular bounty once, and each approved completion earns one award. Submit your own work and photos. Copied, unrelated, or incomplete evidence will not qualify.

All submissions are reviewed by Inch by Yard staff. Your account shows the status of your claim and your Pollen activity.

Your free Inch by Yard account connects your plant history and Pollen rewards. Garden Bounties are another way to participate and earn Pollen alongside purchases and approved product reviews.
