Want greenery without a demanding routine? ZZ Plant brings glossy green leaflets and upright stems to a room, with a forgiving nature that suits busy homes and offices. You may also know it as Zanzibar Gem.
Light
Bright, indirect light is ideal. ZZ Plant tolerates lower light, though growth will be slower.
Soil & water
Use a well-drained potting mix and allow it to dry between waterings. Check the soil rather than following a fixed schedule, and empty any water left in the saucer.
Good to know
ZZ Plant is poisonous if eaten. Place it where children and pets cannot chew the foliage.
