White African Butterfly Iris (Dietes iridioides) forms neat clumps of evergreen, strap-like foliage and produces white iris-like flowers marked with yellow and violet. It is a dependable textural plant for borders, mass plantings, and areas around patios or walkways.
Grow in full sun to partial shade in well-drained soil. Water regularly while establishing, then provide supplemental water during extended dry periods. Remove spent flower stalks and older foliage as needed.
