Light requirements
This beauty thrives in bright, indirect light. It can tolerate a little direct morning sun, but too much harsh sunlight can scorch its delicate leaves. A spot with filtered sunlight or partial shade works best to keep it happy.
Soil preferences, including pH and drainage
Begonia odorata prefers well-draining, slightly acidic soil (pH 5.5–6.5). A rich, loamy mix with organic matter is ideal. Ensure good drainage to prevent root rot, as it doesn't like sitting in waterlogged soil.
